About: Located in Cuzco, Peru, Limo was probably my favorite Nikkei restaurant of the entire trip to this culinary county. The more traditional Peruvian-Japanese dishes, especially the classic ceviche, tasted authentic and were definitely worth ordering. Every dish we tried was fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. The menu strikes an excellent balance between traditional Nikkei cuisine and more creative, contemporary offerings, making it a great choice whether you’re looking for familiar favorites or something new. Combined with its stunning views overlooking Cusco’s Plaza de Armas, Limo delivers an unforgettable dining experience that is well worth a visit.
