About: Colorado freshness meets traditional Italian fare and this downtown Denver hotspot. Walk-ins are welcome, but be prepared to wait without a reservation. Beware the fresh focaccia or you won’t have room for anything else. Seasonal specials are delightful- moving from spring to summer these included white asparagus and squash blossom appetizers. We had pastas as our mains like oxtail al forno, lamb rigatoni, and bucatini in anchovy sauce, hardy on a chilly evening. Never one to skip dessert we tried the rhubarb cheesecake and cappuccino budino and couldn’t decide which was best. Bravo Italiano!
