The service was impeccable, and the traditional Estonian dishes were surprisingly impressive. My favorite dish was the salmon and eel soup—a unique and flavorful example of the creativity behind the menu. What to order: Truffle artichoke
About: Located across Tallinn Bay from the Old Town in a peaceful residential area, NOA offers a stunning setting with panoramic views of the water and the city skyline. Everything we enjoyed was delicious, but the highlights for me were the truffle artichokes and the octopus pasta.
This is the perfect spot if you appreciate a beautiful atmosphere, exceptional views, and thoughtful cuisine. The service was warm and attentive, and the desserts were the perfect ending to a wonderful dining experience. And the best part is the sunset lasts all night.
